Leading the People

As leaders, we are called to create a culture of people development so that our people can give with passion and skill. Are there gifts and values within our distinct subculture (as plain people) that can guide us in that process? How do we engage both our own people and people outside our culture in ways that lead to strength and growth and yet honors our traditional approach in humility, servanthood, and accountability?
