Utilizing Outside Perspective

The Bible says, “As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another” Prov. 27:17 (paraphrased). Effective leaders are always looking for those trusted voices to speak truth into their lives and help them stay grounded in reality. Our own beliefs, thoughts, ideas, and feelings are inherently biased, which makes it difficult to see things objectively. It turns out WE is better than ME.
