Families working harmoniously in business, blending their strengths and talents, reflect our traditional Anabaptist culture. Yet working together as a family has challenges and difficulties that find some families ill prepared. This topic will teach how a family can communicate, plan, align, manage expectations, develop skills, and above all, love each other in business endeavors.
