Delegation of responsibility is key for employees to increase their performance and compensation. Without delegation, the owner must manage everything. The employee must understand the levels of delegation from their employer’s perspective and take ownership of the responsibilities given them. This session will teach employees the importance of taking on more responsibility, resulting in them bringing more value to the organization.
