Effective Methods of Business Communication

What is the most effective way to communicate within levels of a company? A company email? A group text? A 5:30 a.m. meeting with everyone present? You have various options in your toolbox, but no method will replace simply being intentional about communicating. Communication includes both complimenting and correcting—when should you compliment and when should you correct? Both are effective, but correction will be far more effective when balanced with sincere compliments. People don’t care how much you know until they know how much you care!
