A Biblical Analogy for Teamwork

What is teamwork? Is it thinking the same? Being the same? Doing the same? Some people believe that to have teamwork, everyone on the team needs to be the same. I beg to differ. Teamwork is being different but pulling in the same direction. It’s being different but harmonizing. It’s being individuals but being part of a bigger group.
